Exactly, fundamentals have not changed, many of us know that when a filing is sent to the sec, more often than not there is a close scrutiny of all details and if for some reason all the t's are not crossed and the i's not dotted, the sec will promptly return whatever filing a company is doing and request further information or a restatement of #'s to correct whatever inconsistencies may exist in the eyes of the SEC.
Hopefully, if this is the case investors won't lose site of what has taken place and not focus on the "past" issues, whatever they may be but, look to the future where DGIV, is headed and what they have accomplished this last 9 months.
there is a list that can be found on the Info thread of DGIV's accomplishments to date and i feel we should focus on those facts and be mindful of how hard JC and the management team of DGIV are working to put together and international IP/LD-Telco.
They road map is here and all one needs to do is follow the road.
This road takes to places like Russia, Germany, South America, Hong kong, Taipei, Seoul, Tokyo, Jakarta, Egypt, and possibly more of Europe and more of South East Asia including Australia.
The questions that come to my mind are # how many gateways are in place and how many do we ultimately want in place and what is our time frame for accomplishing that task... because once the entire network is up...the value of DGIV, will rise accordingly.
