Doc, have you examined the MALL/UBID relationship yet? Are there any similarities to TSQD/DRIV?

So far I see IPO planned on UBID for early next month with Morgan Stanley as lead. 1 share of MALL will represent .64 shares of UBID (am verifying the ratio).
