I won't talk for B, but he posted over & over again that it was "invalid stock" & "illegal shares"...
Posting something over and over again doesn't make it true. Here's an interesting phrase from the bgtit post I cited earlier:
So again, Do I know how Andy Mann got stock, he committed to a private placement, did the company get the money, we'll see if we ever get K's and Q's I do not know. But a court order says the COMPANY never got the money. So go figure.
In fact, just how has--or, far more likely, WILL; my guess is that no real proof has yet been offered--AZNT demonstrated the loss of the shares, or of the money from the sale of the shares, if it doesn't have audited financials, and is delinquent in its SEC filings? |
