Have their feelings changed about the company's prospects since November?>>> The insiders selling now are doing so on the advice of their estate planners and in some cases raising cash for taxes on profits taken earlier. Cioffi is buying a new house. He has over 2M shares, so what seems like a lot to us is piddly to him. No, their feelings about the company's prospects haven't changed. Their needs are no different from ours. We sell for many reasons even though we know a certain stock may be much higher a year from now. John, I have much to say about the meeting and will as time permits. I came away extremely positive. The conversations afterwards were the most rewarding. Regards, Pat
