In a message dated 9/20/98 8:30:48 PM Central Daylight Time, JimK 2 SFS writes: Maybe that is where this "takeover" rumor started. Monday will tell << Joe, I have info from "The Calif. Farmer" about a Colorado money man but have not been able to verify yet. The take over or financing is a distinct possibility. My guess is financing or very large contract with respect to sludge processing, as oposed to a take over. I will attempt to verify this week.
