Very thoughtful discussion.

I have heard from a few people who have visited the site that there always appear to be things going on, and also lots of equipment on the premises. I agree, that would favor a legitimate operation, but you never know what lengths people might go to tell a great tale. I agree with you about the plating-it definitely is more art than science.

I was a bit unnerved by the Naxos press release. As a whole, there are far more negatives in it than positives. Ledoux tried to attack Chemex a bit, but not in a way that would make me convinced that they are incompetent or crooked. There are many holes in this story and the press release raised many questions in my mind. I will leave it to the other investors to draw their own conclusions because I don't want to rain on anybody's parade just before the stock is about to trade. I think we need some optimism at this point, not some pessimism.

I submit to the Naxos management to publish on this site the full body of each of the reports mentioned in the press release, so that we may be better informed. It is simply not acceptable to provide sketchy highlights. This is akin to reading a Roger Ebert movie review. You can always get an idea of whether you like a movie but you never know until you see it. I think it is a very bad idea for Jimmy John to paraphrase the reports in a way that he thinks is appropriate. I would like to see the reports.

Happy New Year to all of the faithful Naxos shareholders. Hopefully on monday our shares will be worth at least three dollars more than they were worth today. That would be the most expensive christmas present I have ever received!
