To answer your question, NO, I wouldn't tear the house down, but to show a little frustration at DGIV, I will say, that my hubby is a builder, and in the 7 1/2 years of our marriage, I only remember 1 project out of many that he was late on (and as I recall, it was only a week).... when he makes a schedule, he sticks to it, if he has to do the work himself.... Now that the frustration part is out, I will say, I'm still holding DGIV, I'm not tearing the house down, it would be stupid, Ultimately, DGIV is not about an SB-10 filing done on a particular day, but I am frustrated. I am confident, DGIV will do fine, given the time to "finish the house", and we might just discover that the reason they were late, was that they were " building a mansion"....
