Clinton fairly made the point that the whole episode was an attempt by his enemies to drum him from office by attempting to sway public opinion. It hasn't worked, you are long Clinton for two years, three months, three weeks more like it or not. The markets reacted, the polls will be even more favorable for Bill. The republicans should concentrate on bringing new leaders in. Newt is proving to be harmful to the whole party and the country by leading them down this path. Nothing positive for the Republicans will come out of this.
