Bateman,

I agree. But do you think that Bill Clinton is
the guy to try and sort out the problems of the
world? His reponse has always been to throw money
at the financial crisis at hand. In fact, it has
been reported that almost 50% of the billions of
dollars the IMF has given to Russia has been stolen,
and now exsists in German and Swiss bank accounts.
Further, Bill Clinton even went to Russia just a
few weeks back to try and shore up support for Boris
Yeltsin. I don't know how this is supposed to help.
Boris Yeltsin is a teetering drunk and has no authority
anymore. Oh well...
