No one complained a few years ago when Senator Packwood was convicted of sexual harassment and was ejected from the Senate. No one complained that the prosecutor was unnecessarily dredging up sleazy material because he had a perverted interest in sex. In fact, that prosecutor was commended by everyone for the excellent job that he had performed. Maybe if that same prosecutor had been hired to investigate Bill Clinton then we wouldn't have the problems we have with Starr. So I think we should insist on turning the Clinton investigation over to that same prosecutor. His name is Kenneth Starr.
