My understanding is that SEEC is more than a y2k
play, that they have signficant projects elsewhere.

Nonetheless, I think y2k work will extend well past
1/1/00. In any event, at these prices, I think
SEEC is a good bet.

I'll take a look at SYNT. (And, if you're interested in
a non-y2k play, check out GMGC).
