Tero, pdQ = Sometime in the first half of next year seems dangerously close to sometime next century. I didn't think it would be long before Jon's "So Ha, HA, HA to you Mr Useless Nokia 9000" would be over-run by a Nokia upgrade. Nokia is too damn fast and too damn good to be overtaken by anyone soon - though Qualcomm seems to be heading in that direction. And the Nokia 9110 is out in a month or so? Impressive. But few will buy the 9110 in the USA. As some have pointed out, people buy the package - the infrastructure AND handset. A Nokia 9110 is useful only in GSM territory. Which is shrinking relative to cdmaOne. The USA is going cdmaOne and cdma2000. That is quite a home market. The world is going cdma2000 once SETI capitulates - or even if it doesn't. Dave, yes, the pdQ approximates vapourware, but there is a working sample, so it doesn't really fall into that category . SETI's 3G CDMA does - actually the more extreme vapourwear = the King is wearing no clothes. They have no know-how other than Qualcomm's on how to make it work. And I see pdQ DOES have a calculator. But no vegemite dispenser. No USA meltdown today! Didn't think so. Slept like a baby. Mqurice PS: Skip, climbed more than a point = more buyers than sellers!!
