Maybe so, but that doesn't make it worthwhile to pursue it. In some circumstances (if we were at war for instance) the perjury would be overlooked. You have to weigh the damage you cause by pursuing impeachment against the damage you cause by not pursuing it. The people supporting Clinton feel that impeachment would cause more damage than not pursing the perjury charge. You obviously disagree.
