Markets might rally in the short term, it really shrugged off the bad news nicely, even impressed me.
30 year is getting very low, I hope the Fed cuts next week so I can refi at lower rates, I am still waiting.
Weather is awful today, rain and cold, looks like shorts and tees are not comming out the rest of the year, I gotta go take care of a speeding ticket.
Let me know how you did, I havent looked at TT's thread and I already know you kicked ass..
