I didn't think buybacks were allowed during an acquisition spree.

If they buy back the stock, won't they have to de-taint the shares they've repurchased if they try a pooling of interests. Doesn't this impact the cks deal?

Still won't stop the massive waves of insider selling and the upcoming significant increase in turnover.
