Both sides frame the debate. The people who support Clinton ignore his misbehavior in the legal arena, and focus on sex and personal vendettas. The people who want him out focus on his conduct in court or in response to court requests. The bottom line is the worst he could get for sex realistically is censure since that's all Congress could sanction against its own. The other charges are currently being thrown into the public discourse by the congress so they can gauge public opinion.

Whether Clinton stays or goes, it doesn't matter. He is impotent. (All his major accomplishments can be chalked up to a Republican Congress takeover in 1994: Bosnia action, Balanced Budget, NAFTA, Welfare Reform. Even Social Security debate was originally formed in Congress.) This has helped to diminish Democrat's representation in Congress where most of the power rests.

Hopefully, what we get soon is true Tax Reform. Clinton was also against IRS Reform until he stuck his wet finger in the air.
