John--$0.125 has to be a sell--it'll cost you $0.375 to buy. And the best reason to sell is to establish a tax loss. If you hang on to your shares on the ground that they are "worthless," you will have to wait for an actual bankruptcy to establish your loss (including that last 1/8). As a legal process, that might take quite a while. =+=+=Norm
