From a technical standpoint, these markets seem to be displaying a classic wave (1) up, wave (2) pullback. In this scenario, there is still considerable doubt in the advance by all but the most staunch bulls. If I'm right, we'll see wave (3) take out the highs of the year (on BEA), as this is typically the sharpest of the three impulse waves. Yes, I think Elliott wave theory applies to these stocks too. Anyone doubting should go back to a 3-year chart on Curlew and count the 5-wave sequence down from the last major top. It's very discernible.
