Eric, whether you know it or believe it,there is now a fourth branch of government. Take whatever you like from this,the precedent is set,and reinforced. The independent counsel was set up for a one time event,not for reuse. This is alot like software reuse,I think Clinton's was hardware. THERE IS NOW A FOURTH BRANCH OF GOVERMENT FOLKS. Hiram
