This supposedly dead stock was trading at 2 cents on the day of the FCC ruling. Today, it went as high as 12 cents before closing at 10 cents.

Is this not further evidence that CAI purposely undervalued its spectrum and that this Chapter 11, occurring just prior to the FCC ruling, is fraudulent? Very obviously, it is!
