Book value of 79 cents (or less, depending if you count their 300 million dollar junk bonds) and the fact that analysts have lowered their earnings 100% for this quarter. This lowering is because Bezos is buddy buddy with all these analysts AND because he knows that if he issues a "warning" his stock will be destroyed. Legally, if analysts have lowered earnings it doesnt matter HOW BADLY amazon actually does, because they can claim the information was already in the public domain, and it's not their fault if investors didnt notice it.

Of course, being the master of the scam that Bezos is, he'll beat those estimates by 2 cents, and everyone in la-la-land will think that Amazon is doing great by beating estimates. In my opinion, this is nothing more than organized fraud plain and simple. Feel free to sue me over this opinion, if any of you work for Scamazon's legal team. I'll enjoy destroying your position.
