Lance, the tape reads = undecisive, there a few buyers nibbling at these prices, and you are also seeing some investors throwing in the towel and taking the tax credit against gains.

Any definitive finalization to financing could have an immediate impact on the stock price, so constant vigilance of the tape is mandatory.
