I don't have to- he was tossed after several investigations into his actions and connections with various tiny-cap stocks he would recommend.

If you hold existing stocks when you are hired by CNBC, they are fine. But all new investments can ONLY BE MUTUAL FUNDS. You can call the front desk and even the secretary can tell you this info.
