Note to ISSI holders-their recent 10K details their heavy off balance sheet commitments over the next year with the result that with a flat operating cash flow it would appear that their high cash balance would be mostly gone by Sept 97. I have not run this by the co but this is my conclusion when I put pencil to paper.Anyone holding this one primarily on the basis of $5cash on the bs at as of Sept 30'96 should perhaps download the 10k from the WWW (Edgar url)----re ALSC note that they have significant book value tied up in unconsoldated subsidiaries/affiliates, the true value of which one doesn't have a clue.
