Re: PaeTec, sounds like quite the vendor financing deal...or better yet, you share revenues with me and I'll give you some switches. So, they're going after $300M in financing and they're private. And the high yield market is in really bad shape. Not that I'm skeptical, actually wish I could get a copy of their business plan! Phil
