Regine-- As I noted earlier, plans were made for--and, no doubt, a vote taken on--the 1-for-20 split long ago. Don't know when, exactly, but this spring at the latest, and so probably before many of us bought into the company. The split was then postponed. I imagine the company has no legal obligation to take another vote on the matter. The bright side? (Well 'tis the Season, and we're supposed to be of good cheer, right?) No reason for the postponement of the split was given, but it seems likely that--knowing the effect reverse splits usually have--the powers that be decided to put it off until the general outlook for the company was more positive. So maybe--just MAYBE--there'll be some good news in the fairly near future. Or perhaps not. Janice
