IMHO this is why the share roll back occurred. MDIN knew that they could not have some astronomical number of shares out, so they do a shake a bake, and issue more shares. Heck, soon we will be right back where we were pre split, and plus now we have all of those shares that can be converted. My blood is really starting to boil on this one. I may play the role of process server at the agm.....that is if there is an agm. Today is less than 30 days from Oct 19, and I still have no official notice from the company. Hmmmmmm or Arghhhhhhhhh. Oh well, at least I can watch the Clinton tapes tonight and see other people get lied to. GG
