To All,

I own mostly warrants and hope to add to my position but am
heavily invested elsewhere presently. None of my small caps are at the selling prices I'd be satisfied with now. I made PRLN my top SI 1997
pick on the assumption that they WILL ROLL OUT products as intended.
If they do, the stock should fly. I made the mistake of missing out
on hugh gains in Chantel when they started selling their anti
-wrinkle cream via 800#'s or infos(I think). I know it was a lotta
hype but the stock went from 1 to over 20 in a matter of 6 months. Of
course then it fell right back down. I think even traders should
absolutely be into PRLN now as tax selling will end 12/31/96 and then
the supposed March 97 launch will be 3 months or less and the stock
should quickly move up. Who knows, maybe a big name replacement will
be announced shortly. My one concern and a question to you all is how
much stock does Mr. Rhodes own? Hopefully not too much or we might see more selling.
