Chad, sometimes the only motive a person needs is a genuine concern for the welfare of fellow investors. Is that too difficult to understand, or do you suspect a short traders conspiracy here? If I personally knew of significant info (good or bad) about a public company (whether or not I was myself a shareholder), I believe that I would try to share that info with others. If you knew a train was due in ten minutes, would you ignore the fact that your neighbor's children were playing on the tracks? Of course not. George E.
