Uh Doug, I'm not a lawyer, but transactional immunity is total immunity from prosecution against the possible criminal acts Lewinsky may have committed in the Jones case (false affidavit, suborning perjury). If she lies during the GJ testimony she can and would be prosecuted for perjury. No immunity for that. So tell me, why would a person risk jail for lying about sexual encounters in during GJ testimony? She has no motive to hurt the POTUS, in fact all evidence points to her unwillingness to cooperate with the OIC in the early stages to protect the POTUS. Plus, there is contemporaneous corroborative testimony from her friends, family members and counselors. Are they all lying too?
