1.It is NOT our first contact, but is our last private one. I will not communicate by email with someone who does not have the common sense to realize that it is the same as a letter and is not meant for publication with out permission.

2.You do not read very well, read my first explanation to all this. The California Farmer is simply that. He is a person who farms in California, who buys refined gypsum from the FASC mill in California and was the general manager at the mill in their employment. His name is Ed Needham. If you have had the long association or interest in FASC that you claim, then you should most certainly know that and if not then your DD stinks.

3.As a operator of a Web Site that makes stock picks you most certainly should know better than to post a rumor that has not been checked into or verified, as you were told.

4.When you post your email address in your profile, you ARE inviting (soliciting) email out of the blue, but it is STILL Confidential communication. I do not repeat things that are passed to me with out permission, no one should.

5. Did not know I was under "judgement".
We all make judgements every day about the people we are in contact with, you do, I do, We ALL do. Don't play semantics with me.

6. "Still waiting on your reply to my email requesting where you saw that "rumor" in the California Farmer."
I hope it is sufficiently obvious to you by now from all the above.
