I suppose it never occurs to you that the reason why Bill Clinton seems to prefer oral sex with his subordinates could be that he is much more in control of his, um, "evidence"? A woman could have a semen sample removed just like in rape cases much after the fact if he had regular intercourse and ejaculated.
