I just got a call from David Spicer at TSIS IR. He informs me that there will be a big TeleConference tomorrow. Here are the details

The will be talking with brokers and investors giving details about current business deals which are being developed but are not yet at the press release stage.

Also, the current IR number for TSIS is 888.546.2957

Mr. Spicer said they feel that the share price is grossly undervalued and it is being artificially held down. He said management feels, as the company stands today, that something around $3.00/share would be a fair valuation. It is the company's intent to get the word out with their expanded IR department. As of now, there is now plan to hire an outside PR firm to promote the company.
