Badger - Re: "Utah knows what's good for it. " I'm sure they do. And they are not above using politics as a means to an end. Orrin Hatch is a superb example - coming out of nowhere to "assist" Intel by dropping a few "kind words" to the FTC. As you note, Intel is expanding in Utah. On the flip side, Hatch is using his HATCHET to axe Microsoft which has succeeded in competing against Novell, a Utah-based corporation. Sounds like Hatch is for sale - for the right price. Paul
