FWIW, I second MarkC.'s position. I sent an e-mail to Roger Templeton last tuesday warning that if the SB-10 would not be out on the self determined date there would be a mayor credibility problem and a price collapse. Roger answered that he would pass this along. Until now I held DGIV because I wanted, I am now feeling that I am a prisoner. I want to feel again the enthusiansm I felt before today. For this to happen the Co. has to come clean. I am below my entry cost. This I did not mind as long as I believed. I don't feel like selling because I know value has been created. I also think it is not as much value as we made it out to be. We have been using the expression "contracts" on many ocasions when, what we meant, was "MOU's. Today we found out how much it costs not to keep your word. I wonder if it was only an instalment or the lump sum. Having said this, I still believe Mr. Chin to be a very very hard worker, with an exiting and realistic vision of his Co. in the transformation of the telco business. I also believe that DGIV will come through but it will be very tough on us who hold long.
