I pulled up BOST and after looking it over I have a question.
Question.....why do smaller priced stocks not move when big buys come in.
9/14/98 15:45.....263,000 at ask and the stock does nothing,and then two more buys.....23,000 and 136,000 and the day ends. The next morning the stock goes down on a 12,000 sell....why? anyone.
