In the 80's, between Rhode Island and Hillary's Health Care Reform , he convinced a US multinational (I think it was RCA) on manufacturing TV sets in US. He sure was convincing. Too bad the company lost so much money and had to shut it down at a huge loss. He went back to advising local and federal government after that. I guess it is easier to hide results of one's folly in public sector....
