Digitcom Updates Status of SEC Filing.

SANTA MONICA, Calif., Sept. 21 /PRNewswire/ -- Digitcom Corporation (OTC Bulletin Board: DGIV - news) has been informed by the Company's counsel
that is aiding in the filing of SEC Form 10-SB that documentation requirements will necessitate delays unanticipated in previous announcements made by the
company.

In response to investment community queries, the Company's counsel advised the following statement must be issued:

Digitcom announced today that it is experiencing delays in the filing of the Form 10-SB referenced in its April 2, and September 3, 1998 press releases and cannot
predict, at this time, when the Form will be filed. Any filing by Digitcom for listing on the NASDAQ market system will be delayed until the Form 10-SB has been
filed and declared effective by the U.S. Securities & Exchange Commission. In addition, Digitcom makes no assurance that it will be able to meet the financial and
other requirements established by NASDAQ for listing on the NASDAQ market system.
