First of all, is it "within one year" or "sometime in 1999, most likely in spring or summer?"

Secondly, notice how Bob's targets are essentially unchanged since June and early July? At that time, he said that it was likely that gains for the next year would be less than 10%. I believe that corresponds approximately to the levels he's projecting now.
