Justice WILL be done: msnbc.com WASHINGTON, Sept. 21 - Linda Tripp, a central figure and key witness in the investigation of the sex scandal swirling around President Bill Clinton, is now under investigation by Independent Counsel Kenneth Starr. At issue is whether Tripp tampered with nine tape recordings she turned over to Starr's office, in which Monica Lewinsky talks about her affair with the president, according to documents released Monday.
