I don't recall DGIV saying that an SB-10 would be filed this week. In fact, I do not recall any date certain stated by the company. There has been an assumption made on this tread b/c of the trade show in NYC but where and when did Jimmy or anyone at DGIV make an announcement re filing the SB-10 by a certain date. Months ago Mr. Templeton apologized for jumping the gun but that is the last I recall from the company. So let us stick to facts and not get carried away with internet rumors that we may have unintentionally perpetrated on ourselves. He said,she said,they said does not amount to a corporate news wire announcement. I think that we are all very anxious and that is normal. But let us not confuse persistent rumor and speculation with fact. To my knowledge,DGIV never announced that an SB-10 would be filed this week. So let us not create a problem where there is none. Let us not give the SEC or anyone else the impression that we were lied to when that is not true. Settle down. Good things will happen and be announced at the appropriate time.
