UPDATE * HDD I beleive I posted here that I had contacted the BCSC. They responded to me today. They actually investigated my complaint (which had never really been posed as a complaint). The following is an excerpt The letter actually is in reference to the parent company Prime Equities - now MedEra Life. " It appears to us that the Company ( ed: Medera) sought shreholder approval... /..... on July 2, 1998. It also appears to us that adequate disclosure has been provided to shareholders of the company.... /..... we have decided to conclude our review of this matter." I am satisfied with this response as I never expected that Prime had done anything illegal. I am also impressed with the effort they took to investigate my claim. Of course all we all know my beef has always been with the non-arms length structure of Prime and HDD and the other companies. The cost of a Securities lawyer makes it prohibitive at this point from proceeding from that angle but I assure you that I will continue this shortly now that a busy part of my year is winding down.
