Regine-

You're absolutely right. There are some completely worthless penny stocks (want a laugh? check out GMES), and some that may actually turn out okay in the end. BUT all penny stocks are a gamble, and one must be prepared to lose one's entire investment.

I don't think TFRY's (ooops, I mean FRYA's) a scam: they do have a product, and reports indicate that the product works.

On the downside they've issued far too much stock, and now find themselves having to do something about it. What they're doing isn't, I don't believe, in any sense illegal: as I said before, the papers for the reverse split were filed a long time ago.

My own sense of things is that the next six months is a make-or-break period for them: if they can get a decent number of machines out and about, and if reaction to them is positive, they may go on to success. I'd like to think that was the case, but let's say I'm not gonna buy a whole bunch more stock tomorrow on the strength of my conviction. Nor am I gonna sell: it was always a gamble anyway.

Janice

PS: probably the timing of the split has something to do with accounting; obviously they wanted to get it out of the way before the end of the year.
