To All: I just spoke to Cheryl Mitchell. The SEC kicked back the paperwork because of DIV-N which has never been part of DGIV, according to Cheryl. She is former Liberty Capital and is now on her own. She said she used to get email from Roger with an idea for a PR and she would write it up and send it back. Lately Roger has been writing up the PR's and having them screened thru the lawyers. The only thing to do now is wait. The fundamentals have not changed. Sincerely, Todd
