Help with quicken 99 and direct download to Waterhouse? Since Waterhouse indicated yesterday in a reply to my e-mail request that there's still no definite date for MS Money direct download support, I took the plunge today and bought Quicken 99. After some initial problems, it's up and running OK, but "online financial services setup" in the Online menu remains greyed out for me, and hence I can't get up direct download. Of course, there's no help on the web site on this, and I'm not sure how helpful toll based tech support might be tomorrow... Any advice or pointers most appreciated. TIA, Dave
