I believe that all Net Commerce will suffer the same competitive linkage possibility. It's the nature of the beast and if a particular company wants the link of another particular company on its site they will have to travel through that site as though they were a customer and decide if the linkage value offsets the potential diversion of its customers.

With that said, I also believe that it's important to remember that the majority of our customers come to our site with a Music Card already in hand. CCI customer loyalty will therefore be substantially greater than the type of customer loyalty generated by traditional marketing methods.

I personally would not be all that worried. There will be other cross linkages that will present even greater challenges as we evolve. IMHO, this was certainly not a mistake but a calculated decision to enhance our site with easy access to either company's browser software.
