Exactly what is it you find so funny? Wellrich isn't a licensed broker/dealer, are they? If they aren't, wouldn't you say there are some pretty serious conflicts with 15(a)(1) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934?
Isn't it true that Wellrich doesn't have the ability to indemnify anyone if they're sued as a result of Wellrich's actions? Wellrich doesn't have the resources to compensate anyone in the event of a judgement against them, do they?
Didn't Wellrich recieve compensation by getting a percentage of the sales price of stock they 'solicited' to people OVER THE PHONE? Doesn't that establish that Wellrich was acting as a broker/dealer?
Jihad, dude, wasn't it the California Securities and Exchange commission that notified AZNT about your scam, I mean, being a 'boiler-room' operation?
So when you nice fellas at Wellrich were calling up shareholders of 144 stock that they agreed to hold for 2 yrs., you were actually coerceing shareholders to supply you with stock to cover an illegal short position, weren't you?
So when Mitchell was telling us that the TA wasn't transferring AZNT stock because they were "late with their financials", he was just full of beans, wasn't he? You know and I know that AZNT was forced , by Wellrich's actions, to place an administrative Stop Transfer on all restricted securities until "further notice". Isn't that the real story? No stock will be transferred because you guys have been trying to coerce shareholders to sell the 144's before the agreed upon 2 year holding period, so you can cover an illegal short position, is that about right?
Wellrich CANNOT tell shareholders that they will have the restriction lifted on the 144 stock, can they?
