if the past is any indication, DGIV share price is at a level where people recognize that it is undervalued, that its fall in price is NOT due to a deterioration in its fundamentals (which are in fact getting better and better) but rather due to a shift in investors'sentiment. That being the case, we have seen rapid buying that accompanies major selling at this level, and I would not be surprised to see such a recurrence.
BTW, I know many investors on this board compare DGIV with MTEI, since many, including myself, were (actually are still) shareholders in both companies. I don't think the situation is at all comparable. As many have mentioned numerous times on this thread, DGIV has to be among the most DDed-BB stocks ever. EVERY contract/announcement has been followed by phone calls to the signee (germany, mordovia, indonesia,etc..) to ensure its legitimacy via "independent confirmations". In addition, DGIV has been endorsed by NMSS, a major high-tech company. Also, DGIV has announced an MOU with the National Telephone company of Egypt. If DGIV were not "real", I would have thought all of the DDing and "independent confirmations" would have revealed that fact by now. My impression in the case of MTEI is that most (all?) of the information came from the company or its PR people, with really no "indepedent" confirmation. |
