This is just one other loose end that the outcome or status is not known because Franklin chose not to tell the stockholders. I recommend Franklin and believe that good times are ahead. But I have to admit that their press releases and investor relations leave much to be desired. After following this company for 3 years I still can't separate fact from fiction. No wonder it is below a dollar. Not because it is a bad company. It generates confusion rather than confidence. I am ready for Frank to clean out the present relations staff and put someone in that knows what the hell is going on. (That includes Frank if he is part of this can of worms.) A good boss should be able to make decisions and delegate responsibility. Santiago
