trey, they'll banter about starting a wholesale change to 0.15 geometries and neglect to say that means going to 0.25 in 2000, 0.18 in 2005 and 0.15 in 2020 ;-)

and the bulls will be drivelling in glee all over the place. are the boise bandits real? i just can't imagine people backing this drivel.
